Please allow approximately 1 hour for cuts, 2-3 hours for regrowth colours and small lightening services, and 4+ hours for transformative colours and full head lightening services.

Yes, colour appointments at Lumière are scheduled in two parts. A finishing service, either a blow-dry suitable for your hair length or a haircut, is required to assess the outcome of colours and their coverage.

Yes, we are a Gold Status Great Lengths salon providing keratin bonds.

No, please attend your appointment unaccompanied. We kindly ask that you do not bring any plus ones or children to your appointment. This excludes newborns in prams, (please notify us when booking so we can allocate extra space).

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any alterations to your appointment, including rescheduling and cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service.

We strongly encourage scheduling appointments in advance. If there isn’t a suitable appointment time available, please join our online waitlist and let us know your preferred times. It is the most effective way to get you in as soon as possible.

We welcome requests for minimal speaking appointments. This entails setting aside casual conversation. Consultations and professional advice will still be provided. Silent or quiet appointments can be specified when booking online through the comments section. If your appointment was arranged outside our online platform, we kindly request that you inform us at the start of the service or via email before your arrival.

Our priority is that you love your results. Please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will invite you back to the salon to check your hair and rectify any issues. Please note: we do not offer refunds on services, and we do not offer ‘change of mind’ adjustments.
